Step 2: Become a member

Join today to start your health journey and Trimfit weight loss program and receive login details (username and password) to access all the information in our Member's Zone. Being a member also has it's perks, like joining our online community of members as well as competition and promotion give-aways and gifts sent to you on special occasions, like when you achieve your goals. 

Step 3: Get the meal plans

Nutrition is one of the most important elements of the Trimfit strategy. Everyday, you simply eat according to healthy meal plans already designed for weight loss by our dieticians. We have taken the guesswork out of it for you as we outline exactly what to eat for breakfast lunch and dinner out of a full recipe list for you with hundreds of recipes. There are also downloadable and printable shopping lists and weekly planners. Between meals you follow the snacking recipes for the meal plans or simply sip on a great tasting Trimfit nutritional shake, which is low in fat and low in sugars.

Step 4: Get the exercise plans

Exercise is the second key element of the Trimfit strategy. We know everyone is busy - which is why we developed a weight loss exercise programme that can be completed in just 10 minutes per day without any fancy equipment or needing a gym membership. The exercise plans have been developed by Trimfit personal trainers which involve low, moderate or high intensity interval training depending on your current fitness level. If you're just starting out, the first goal is just to walk 10,000 steps per day - something anyone can achieve.

Every week you'll receive a video with Fiona's latest life changing message. Fiona touches on and explains key topics which will keep you motivated, inspired and focussed. You'll have all the support you need to achieve your goals. You'll also receive weekly videos from our Trimfit Trainer, Anthony, talking about key messages around exercise. 

Step 6: Get the shakes
