Our mission at Trimfit Bodies is to motivate, inspire and educate you on the importance of health, wellness and the prevention of “lifestyle diseases” by uniquely combining educative materiel around nutrition, supplementation and exercise. We have amassed the intellectual property of personal trainers, exercise physiologists, dieticians, nutritionists and food technologists to provide an all in one offering for you to achieve your health goals.

We created Trimfit Bodies so we could provide a solution to busy people who were just like us when we first began our respective health journeys. We don’t have all the answers, nor do we want to have them; what we want is to help people get results. We want to help people dodge lifestyle diseases. We want to help people make wise choices about their health. We want to help people develop a positive state of mind and positive self-worth.

Nutrition

The healthy meal plans and recipes on the Get Trimfit 12-week Program are easy to follow and completely laid out for you each day at a time - the good news is you don't have to count calories. They have been designed by accredited practicing Dieticians, which means we've stacked the science in your favour and have done all the thinking for you. All the healthy meal plans offer the right balance of nutrients, appropriate serving sizes and include fresh ingredients.

Exercise

All the exercise circuits have been developed by certified personal trainers and exercise physiologists. There are complete video demonstrations with our Personal Trainer, Anthony, and Fiona Falkiner.  

Mindset

Having lost 30kgs and now enjoying her life at a healthy weight, Fiona understand the psychology and mindset of how to lose weight and most importantly keep it off with a balanced lifestyle. We currently accept Visa, Master Card, American Express credit cards and debit cards for online order payments and membership fee. For the weekly membership, your selected credit/debit card will be charged each weekly anniversary of your subscribe date (i..e if you join on a Tuesday, you will be charged the following Tuesday and so on)

We also accept PayPal for any stocked item.

Simply click “Join Now” and fill out the required details on the electronic membership form. You will have the ability to create a login ID and a password for your account. Once payment is accepted, you will receive a welcome email and start receiving a series of introductory emails to give you your Next Steps.

There are two payment options to membership.

Upfront membership fee of $200: the subscription is completely free after the initial joining fee of $200.00 with no additional or ongoing costs. You get immediate access to all the nutrition, exercise and mindset content and can access this for as long as you like within the 24 week period. The membership is for a total of 24 weeks: 12 weeks of the Weight Loss Program and a bonus 12 weeks for the Lifestyle Maintenance Program. 

Weekly membership fee of $19.99 for 12 weeks and then bonus access for a further 12 weeks with no extra payments. 

As part of Team Trimfit, you have access to our member only closed community where you can ask other team mates questions, or reach out to our health professionals: personal trainers, dietitians and nutritional advisors.

Cancellation of membership within the minimum term:

(a) All fees are non-refundable and are non-transferable.

(b) All fees are non cancellable and non refundable except as expressly set out in these terms and conditions. You will not be able to terminate your subscription prior to the end of the subscribed term, and you will not be granted a refund.

(c) All fees are due for the weekly membership instalment and are non-refundable.


Trimfit Nutrition

The meal plans on the Trimfit Bodies programs are suitable for the whole family. There's no strict dieting here - plenty of lean proteins, good fats and healthy carbohydrates. Examples include: spaghetti Bolognese, chicken burgers, mini pizzas, wraps, fresh salads as well as plenty of tasty soups. 

There's a complete recipe library too, so if you want to substitute meals out and replace them with something else, you're at liberty to do this too. All the meals are tailored to meet your nutritional needs (according to the Australian Dietary Guidelines), so you need to make sure your substitutes match the protein, fat and carb content. 

 

If pregnant, consult your health practitioner prior to commencing any health program. It is important that your doctor reviews all the material – meal plans, shakes, exercise plans, and makes the right value judgment as to whether it will be safe for you to engage with. 

 

We need to make sure that our meal plans are safe for mums-to-be. So we've made sure our recipes offered to pregnant or breastfeeding women are food safe. If you are catering for someone who is pregnant, please click here for more information.

 

Yes of course. All the meal plans follow the Australian Dietary Guidelines which stipulate that an adult has at least 2 serves of fruit per day. The meal plans specifically outline when you should consume the required servings of fruit. It is imperative that you follow the meal plans for optimal results. 

 

 

The Get Trimfit meal plans are low GI.

The ‘GI’ stands for the glycemic index – which is a value given to foods depending on how fast their sugars are absorbed into the blood. Unrefined carbohydrates are ‘complex’ and by nature higher in fibre, meaning it takes the body longer to break them down contributing to their lower GI. The release of energy from low GI foods are said to be slower hence giving you sustained energy, think a big wide tree log on a fire that takes a long time to burn compared to a few thin sticks which burn up quickly.

Types of low GI unrefined carbohydrates on the Trimfit Bodies healthy meal plans:

  • Fresh fruit & vegetables
  • Beans & legumes
  • Wholegrain oats
  • Buckwheat, amaranth
  • Quinoa
  • Brown or wild rice
  • Basmati rice

 

 

Yes. The Trim Xtreme fat burner capsules also contain 150mg per serve (two capsules).

Alcohol is considered an ‘extra’ in the lifestyle program, something to be enjoyed in moderation, but not everyday if you are aiming to continue to lose or maintain your weight.

Even though small amounts of alcohol, in particular red wine that is high in antioxidants, has been shown to have some health benefits in relation to heart health, in general alcohol does more harm than good. Regular consumption of alcohol contributes to liver damage, raised blood pressure, increased triglyceride levels and can heighten the risk of certain cancers. If you currently do no drink there is no evidence to suggest that beginning to will benefit your health. 

If you choose to incorporate alcohol into your lifestyle diet the recommendations for Australian’s are:

Drink no more than 2 standard drinks on any occasion - Standard Drink Serves:

  • 100mL wine
  • 30mL spirits
  • 285 ml glass , full strength 4.8% alc. Beer
  • 375ml bottle/can, mid strength 3.5% alc. Beer
  • 425ml glass, low strength, 2.7% alc. Beer

Alcohol is still considered an extra, so aim to have 2 -3 alcohol free days per week as a minimum. If you struggle with weight control, then consider increasing this further. Alcoholic beverages also count towards your total daily energy intake. 

We have complete vegetarian meal plans for the 12 week weight loss program. When you're registering, all you need to do is check the box next to vegetarian and you'll automatically receive the vegetarian meal plans. 

 

Nutrients of note:

  • Protein: it is important to use a variety of plant based proteins within your diet. Rotate between eggs, legumes, tofu, nuts and other dairy.
  • Iron; vegetarian’s consume low amounts of haem iron because that is the type that comes from animal products. Plant based foods like legumes, green leafy vegetables like spinach, nuts, seeds and fortified wholegrain products contain non-haem iron, which isn’t as well absorbed by the body. Vegetarians need to eat these non-haem iron sources consistently to ensure that their bodies receive enough iron. If you experience ongoing fatigue, lack of concentration, irritability then consult your General Practitioner who may offer iron supplementation.
  • Vitamin B12; this vitamin is only naturally present in animal derived products. Low fat dairy is a good source for vegetarians, so it is important to include 2.5-3 serves per day. Vitamin B12 deficiency is quite common and often associated with low iron levels. You can have your B12 levels tested by your General Practitioner, so if you aren’t sure if you are meeting your needs, then book in a consult to get them tested.
 

 

It is recommended you consult your health practitioner prior to commencing whether it is safe for you to do so. The shakes are low GI, and don’t contain any sugar. All shakes contain sucralose – which is inert – passing through the body thought being absorbed. Generally, all of our products will be safe for diabetics as for non-diabetics – but it is recommended you consult your doctor.

Some days in the meal plans will be a few calories under or over your daily calorie target. 

It really doesn't matter if you're a little bit over or under each day. All that matters is that you're sticking as closely as possible to your meal plans and daily calorie intake. If you do this, you will achieve results. 

Trimfit Exercise

Our goal at Trimfit is to make exercising not only part of your daily routine, but make it fun and progressive. All exercise plans in each level can be completed in as little as 10 minutes per day – perfect for those that are just busy with life.

There are 3 different levels of exercise plan that the Trimfit Personal Trainers and Fiona walk you through:

Level 1: Start Up: tailored to you if you haven’t exercised for a while or are not in especially good shape right now. The goal here is to walk 10,000 steps per day.

Level 2: Shape Up (10 minutes per day): perfect for those that are already in reasonable shape, have been exercising intermittently, want a bit more of a challenge, or want to drop the weight faster. Shape Up is all about introducing you to basic interval style exercises.

Level 3: Strive Up (10 minutes per day): all about High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). This is the most challenging form of the exercise plans we offer in Club Trimfit.

So basically, you can do one circuit a day and only spend 10 minutes doing exercise. It's easy, efficient and effective!

Certainly not! One of our goals with Trimfit is to make the program achievable for anyone at any fitness level - whether you haven't exercised for years, or are regularly active. 

All of the 10 minute exercise circuits can be done at home without any fancy equipment. Using your own body weight, our Personal Trainers and Fiona walk you through these at home circuits through videos. You can exercise with Fiona in the comfort of your own home. 

You can follow the videos on your smart phone too - you can can download and print off the circuits once you're comfortable with the different exercise techniques. 

 

Trimfit Supplements

The whey isolate protein contained in our Skinny Shake contains a higher than normal percentage of pure protein – in fact, it’s so pure it contains less than 1% lactose, has less than 1g carbohydrates, less than 1g fat and cholesterol free.

Trimfit only uses high-grade pure native whey protein – so it’s free from ingredients (such as milk by-products) that tend to disrupt intestinal health and interfere with protein absorption. There are also no “wheat” fillers used in our protein blends. So Trimfit whey protein isolate is perfect for coeliacs and people with wheat allergies and lactose intolerances.

The micellar casein in All Day Shake forms micelles once consumed. These micelles take a long time to digest (up to 7 hours) – this is the basis for why All Day Shake has a slow rate of digestion, and results in a slow but steady release of amino acids into circulation. Because the digestion is slower, it means that you feel fuller and don’t go hungry, preventing you from snacking on unhealthy alternatives.

 

We recommended getting a dietitian or nutritionist involved to work through sustainable ideas for your children. It’s generally not recommended for children under the age of 16 to take supplementation. For any children over the age of 16, the Trimfit nutritional shakes are suitable, as long as they have passed their pubertal growth period.

For Skinny Shake: Mix 1 ½ scoops with 200-300ml of cold water in a shaker or blender and shake. You can adjust the amount of water to achieve the desired consistency and flavour. Best times for use are first thing in the morning, in-between meals as a tasty snack during the day, or 20-30 minutes before or after any physical activity to aid your body’s recovery.

For All Day Shake: Mix 1 heaped scoop (40g) with 200-300ml of cold water in a shaker or blender. You can adjust the amount of water to achieve the desired consistency and flavour. For best results, All Day Shake should be taken when frequent meals aren’t possible. All Day Shake is well suited to first thing in the morning as a breakfast alternative to keep you fuller during the day, or suited to nighttime, before sleeping. 

The capsule form of Trim Xtreme makes it easy and convenient to take it on the run. Because Trim Xtreme is packed with thermogenics and metabolic boosters, start with 1 capsule with breakfast in the morning and 1 capsule at lunch to gage tolerance.

After a few days, take 2 capsules in the morning with breakfast and two capsules with lunch to start torching that body fat. Drink up to 200-300ml of water with each serving and ensure to stay well hydrated throughout the day. Note that Trim Xtreme contains up to 150mg of Caffeine per serve, so avoid taking in the late afternoon or at night.

Yes. The Trim Xtreme fat burner capsules also contain 150mg per serve (two capsules).

Glutamine: is an essential amino acid, which has been linked to protein synthesis – it prevents your muscle from being catabolized (eaten up) when losing body fat. Glutamine is also essential in serving to maintain intestinal function and aiding in the immune response as well. 

Branch Chain Amino Acids: crucial in immune system support and ensuring no deficiencies in overall amino acid levels.

All 4 of our protein shakes come in 4 different premium flavors: dutch chocolate, strawberry crush, banana smoothie, vanilla cream.

Generally, you will be taking Skinny Shake between each meal. This Shake has <1g carbs and <1g fat. The idea is for you to “snack” on protein only between meals. Skinny Shake has the thermogenic blends in them, so they provide more of a “fat burning” effect. It’s recommended not to take Skinny Shake within several hours of sleeping at night due to their stimulatory nature.

If your products are to take longer than 7 business days you will be notified via email. 

You have the option as to whether the goods will be delivered upon authorising signature or left at the delivery location without signature. If the latter is chosen, Trimfit Bodies takes no responsibility for lost or missing goods.
