1Start up

The first level, Start Up, is tailored to you if you haven’t exercised for a while or are not in especially good shape right now. It’s all about making a start – so this level is all about completing 10,000 steps per day. 

2Shape up

Shape Up is perfect for those that are already in reasonable shape, want a bit more of a challenge, or want to drop the weight faster. Shape Up is about introducing you to basic interval style exercises with easy, 10 minute "do it yourself at home" circuits.   

3Strive up

Strive Up is perfect for you if you’re already quite fit, and want to look for that next challenge to get toned and lose that last bit of body fat. This level is all about High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). These are challenging, "do it yourself at home" 10 minute circuits which are sure to get the heart pumping.  

4Gym Circuits

Once you excelled at the three levels of Get Trimfit exercise, it may be advised that you look into joining your local gym or reach out to a Personal Trainer to help you reach new levels of health and fitness. In the exercise section you will find gym circuits for both males and females.

How the exercises will work for you

 You simply choose a level which is suited to your current fitness shape.

 Shape up and Strive Up consist of a series of 10 minute low and high intensity interval circuits respectively with different exercise circuits for plenty of variety

 Just do one 10 minute circuit per day and you're set for the day!

Which exercise circuits to choose

 You can start with the most basic level and make your way up to the more challenging circuits at your own pace

 You'll get access to all the videos and circuits so you have complete choice and variety

 

10 min exercise circuits at home: "interval" training

 Interval training will send your body into fat-burning overdrive! If you do it right you can burn a stack of calories in as little as 5-10 minutes per day.

 Research has shown that interval-style training increases the resting metabolic rate for the ensuing 24 hours. This means that you continue to burn more calories and more fat in the hours after your session is complete.

 Trimfit interval circuits can help increase speed, power, endurance and metabolic rate, helping you burn fat faster a lot more effectively than low intensity steady state exercise, like jogging for 45 minutes.

 With the Trimfit interval circuits, your workout sessions are much shorter and you can add a lot more variety into your program.
