Male Exercises: Introduction The Get Trimfit Exercise Programs

The Get Trimfit Exercise and Fitness plans developed by the Trimfit Personal Trainers focus on different levels of interval training that are designed and developed to fit into the busiest of schedules – exercise for just 10 minutes per day and get in shape.


There are three levels of exercise depending on your current state of fitness. Choose the level most suitable to you and then work your way up each level.

How do I access the circuits?

To have access to all the exercise circuits within each level, simply become a member for a one-off fee. All the menu items on the right hand sand will be "unlocked" and you will be able to click through to video tutorials of each exercise and circuit.
